Craig's expertise extends beyond just fixing things; he understands the delicate balance between maintaining properties to high standards while keeping costs manageable for clients. He has a knack for identifying potential issues before they escalate into major problems, saving his clients both time and money in the long run.
Craig has a variety of different backgrounds with experience of over two decades. He has a deep knowledge for the area and built connections with different tradesmen over the years. Craig will meet you at the location to speak through what you want to achieve. He will identify your expectations then work through your ideas to explore materials and options for you based on what you currently have. This has enabled him to manage full renovation projects pulling together various tradesmen who specialise in what they do to produce astounding workmanship. He will deal with any large projects and over see it in order to save you money by using his knowledge and pull in his expertise.
