STEP TWO
Property visit
We begin by arranging a visit to your property so our dedicated property manager can thoroughly understand your individual needs, your goals, and any specific requirements you may have. This consultation helps us tailor our services to align perfectly with your objectives. It also gives our team the opportunity to assess any work that may be required on the property ahead of any agreements. We also get to meet you and you can meet us!
STEP THREE
Quote and follow up
Following a property visit your dedicated property manager will go away and make an appraisal and organise a quote tailored towards your specific needs. We'll guide you through every step of the process and aim to make everything as hassle free for you as possible.
